TXRA
Pilot-readyReal-world assets, issued with enterprise layers of proof
TXRA is the issuer’s platform for tokenised real-world assets — origination, diligence and distribution with enterprise layers of proof built into every step. Every material fact behind a deal is sealed into an evidence pack your counterparty verifies for themselves: free, offline, without taking your word for it. Diligence that used to be redone by hand at professional rates becomes a read. Your investors get certainty, your auditors get a record that answers for itself, and your deals close faster on better terms, because doubt has nowhere left to sit. The attestation layer underneath is Attest1618, licensable on its own.

What it is for
Tokenisation has made it easy to issue an asset and hard to prove one. Every lender, trustee and investor who relies on a deal file still re-checks it by hand, inside someone else’s platform, at professional rates — and the question that decides the category, does the token supply match the register, is answered today with a screenshot. The issuer who answers it with proof wins the mandate.

- Institutional and wholesale investor desks
- Auditors, valuers and compliance teams
- Lenders and credit committees
What you get
Who held what, when — answered in seconds
Every change to the asset and ownership record is a sequenced, tamper-evident entry. Ownership history is reconstructed on demand rather than reassembled each reporting cycle — so the hardest question in a raise becomes the easiest one to answer.
Global by design
One exportable record any party can re-check anywhere. The check is cryptographic, not jurisdictional — the same pack satisfies a desk in Sydney, Singapore, London or New York.
Audit and review packs without the scramble
The record is built to be checked by an outsider rather than accepted on trust. A recurring reconciliation project becomes a read, and your team gets its quarter back.
One console, compliance built in
Capital calls, valuations, distributions and investor communications run and logged in one place — identity, eligibility and jurisdiction as first-class states, named approvals, every denial logged. The record a compliance programme is glad to run on.
Token supply versus register, sealed
TXRA’s confirmed direction is token issuance that mirrors the private register, with the register-to-token reconciliation sealed and independently checkable — on whichever rail your counsel prefers.
What you can check for yourself
Download the published kit at creation1618.com/verify — the specification, a one-file reference verifier and sample sealed documents — and re-derive a sample pack on your own machine, offline, with nothing asked of us.
Open the sample receipt from the kit in any browser: nothing installed, no network, and it re-checks its own seal in front of you. The values inside are invented; the seal over them is real.
TXRA keeps a tamper-evident record, and the code that obtains an independent third-party timestamp is built and tested. Nothing is scheduling it yet, so no record here carries a date from anyone but us. Until a deployment runs it, treat the dating as ours.

Where this actually is
Built end to end and exercised against real external checks. Ready for a first pilot on your own data.
TXRA is pilot-ready.
TXRA is software licensed to the operator. It does not offer, deal in or advise on financial products, and it holds no financial services licence. The licence, the product structuring and the investor relationship stay with the licensed operator.
Why this travels across the two markets
For a bank, fund manager or exchange operator building tokenised or traditional asset-backed products — on either side of the corridor — TXRA is the record and workflow layer underneath: global by design, built in Australia, white-label. Whether an interest is a unit in a trust or a token in a wallet, the questions an auditor asks are the same. The licence, the product structuring and the customer relationship stay entirely with the locally licensed party.
