Scientific research, findings, record keeping and compliance — the clinical partnering platform

CrestX is where scientific research lives as evidence: findings, records and compliance kept in one permissioned workspace, every study and claim graded by how well it is backed. Then it puts your programs in front of partners, licensees and investors the way they deserve to be seen — in a room you control, starting from what can be shown. Well-evidenced science stops losing to better-presented decks, and a diligence week becomes a diligence afternoon.

What it is for

Partnering, licensing and investment conversations in life sciences run on asserted capability — decks, CVs and publication lists — so the counterparty has to take a sponsor’s word for how well each claim is backed. Diligence stretches into weeks of document chasing, and well-evidenced programs lose ground to better-presented ones. The sponsor who shows the backing first sets the terms.

  • Biotech and life-science sponsors preparing for partnering, licensing or a raise
  • Universities, research institutes and technology-transfer offices commercialising a program
  • Clinics, trial sites and contract research groups whose work must count on the other side of the table
  • Licensing partners, corporate development teams and specialist investors running diligence

What you get

  1. Every claim shows its backing

Each finding sits on a visible provenance ladder — from third-party preclinical work down to concept — so a reader can tell in seconds which claims are supported and which are still an idea. Evidence is graded by the strength of its source; it is never presented as proof that a product works.

  2. Diligence in hours, not weeks

A partner opens one curated room instead of chasing attachments across inboxes. What they can see is decided before they arrive, so the first meeting starts from the evidence rather than from a document request list.

  3. A record a reader can trust has not shifted

The workspace shows on screen whether each item is unchanged since it was entered and whether the history has only ever been added to. Corrections appear as recorded revisions with their own date, never as silent overwrites.

  4. Share exactly the slice you choose

An admin picks which programs go into a room and the minimum evidence grade a partner may see, invites them on a single-use link, and can close the room instantly. Anything below the floor is simply not served.

  5. One portfolio view before the counterparty has it

Programs roll up into a workspace-level strength summary, so a leadership team can see where the evidence is thin and fix it before a partner or investor finds it.

What a demonstration shows

  • Self-serve workspace provisioning — an organisation gets its own isolated tenant without waiting on a sales cycle, with roles and data-handling terms set before any evidence is loaded
  • Evidence workspace: lead programs and their findings, each carrying a visible provenance grade
  • Program detail page with a transparent strength readout and the program’s provenance history
  • Workspace activity history with an on-screen integrity verdict on the record as a whole
  • Partner data-room builder — choose the programs, set the minimum evidence grade, open or close the room
  • Partner reviewer view — the curated, graded slice and nothing else, bound to the one room
  • Single-use invite links for team members and for external partner reviewers

Built on

  • Cloud-hosted, server-rendered web application
  • Multi-tenant with per-organisation data isolation
  • Role-based access control, with session-bound external reviewer access
  • Relational system of record, portable by design
  • Security posture documented and reviewed with the customer before a trial tenancy is provisioned
  • Your data, exportable

This names what the platform is built on, not how it is built. The how is shown in a technical deep-dive, under a mutual NDA.

Where this actually is

Working build

The full product runs end to end today on a seeded demonstration dataset. Production connectors and live tenancies are next.

CrestX is a working build.

CrestX grades how well a claim is evidenced. It does not assess whether a therapy or product works, it is not a regulatory submission, and nothing in it constitutes clinical or regulatory advice.

Australia · Vietnam

Why this travels across the two markets

Cross-border partnering stalls because neither side can quickly read the other’s evidence. Vietnamese institutes, universities and sponsors seeking Australian partners — and Australian sponsors seeking Vietnamese trial sites, laboratories or manufacturing — both need a legible, graded record before commercial terms are worth discussing. CrestX is a working prototype seeking its first pilot workspaces on either side, plus university and research-organisation collaboration on the evidence-grading ladder itself.
