A short, non-confidential overview of the whole group — laid out for A4 and built to be forwarded internally after a meeting.
Verifiable by design.
creation1618.com
Designed and built in Australia.
Creation1618 is the operating brand for a family of Australian-built software platforms that turn day-to-day operating records into evidence an outside party can independently check.
Most business software asks you to trust what it reports. Every platform we run starts from the opposite conviction: record what happened as a history that is added to rather than quietly rewritten, and give the party who has to rely on it — a lender, an auditor, a regulator, a buyer, a customer — a way to check the result for themselves.
The platforms
| Platform | What it is | Line | Stage |
|---|---|---|---|
| AssetDNA | The verifiable operating record of a building | AssetDNA | Pilot-ready |
| AllotX | Verifiable promotions, rewards and collectibles | AllotX + BPN | Pilot-ready |
| TraceX | Lot-level traceability with the money side reconciled — embeddable | TraceX + CrestX | Working build |
| TXRA | Institutional record layer for real-world assets | TXRA | Working build |
| CrestX | Graded evidence records for clinical partnering | TraceX + CrestX | Early build |
| BPN | A cross-brand rewards network for dormant loyalty balances | AllotX + BPN | Early build |
| EarthX | Verified-action evidence for Scope 3 reporting | EarthX | Early build |
Pilot-ready: built end to end and exercised against real external checks. Working build: runs end to end on a seeded demonstration dataset. Early build: a working prototype of the core loop. Several platforms have no customers yet; each product page says exactly what is built and what is not.

What you can check before contacting us
- Two of our specifications are public right now — AssetDNA’s export format and its inbound connector contract — and the connector ships an in-browser conformance validator you can run against your own feed before you ever contact us.
- An AssetDNA record export is checkable offline with standard tooling in any language, so the verification does not depend on our systems, our company, or our continued existence.
- TraceX emits supply-chain events and invoices in open external standards we do not control, so your records leave in formats other systems already read.
- Independent third-party timestamping is claimed only where it is actually implemented: AllotX and AssetDNA. Every other platform keeps a tamper-evident record without that layer, and each page says so.
- Every platform is labelled pilot-ready, working build or early build. Several demonstrate on seeded data rather than customer data — that is stated on each page, and a trial on your own data is how you replace it.
How an engagement runs
01
See it
Open to anyone. No agreement, no account, no sales call.
02
Assess it
A mutual NDA — so we can answer specifics rather than generalities, and anything confidential you tell us is protected the same way.
03
Trial it on your data
An evaluation agreement: evaluation-only use, your data stays yours and leaves with you, and the tenancy expires on a fixed date.
04
Deploy it
A licence and an implementation plan with named owners and dates on both sides.
