Enough to judge whether the outcome is worth a meeting — and, where a validator is public, enough to test our claims before you contact us. Most prospects arrive at the first meeting already convinced the check works.

Assess it
A mutual NDA — so we can answer specifics rather than generalities, and anything confidential you tell us is protected the same way.
A working session for your technical and commercial evaluators: how the system fits your environment, the integration surface, sequencing, security and data-handling posture, and commercial terms. You leave with a written picture of what a deployment looks like for you — not a deck.

Trial it on your data
An evaluation agreement: evaluation-only use, your data stays yours and leaves with you, and the tenancy expires on a fixed date.
A scoped, time-boxed evaluation tenancy loaded with your data, producing outputs you can verify and export. The trial proves value on your numbers, not on our demonstration seed — and the first real figure it produces is one you can take to your board.

A licence and an implementation plan with named owners and dates on both sides.
A production tenancy with its own data perimeter, agreed service levels, support, and the integrations built during the trial carried forward. Nothing is rebuilt; what worked in the trial goes live.

Tenancy is a boundary, not a setting
Each platform isolates your data per tenant with role-scoped access and audit logging over access and changes. Security posture is documented and reviewed with your team before an evaluation tenancy is provisioned — answers first, then access.
What we will not put in a demonstration
Real customer records. Demonstrations run on seeded data. If a screen in front of you looks like a live customer, ask — it is not.
