Public product surfaces, live demonstrations, published specifications and verification pages you can exercise yourself. Enough to judge whether the outcome is worth a meeting — and, where a validator is public, enough to test our claims before you contact us.

Assess it
A mutual NDA — so we can answer specifics rather than generalities, and anything confidential you tell us is protected the same way.
A working session for your technical and commercial evaluators: how the system fits your environment, the integration surface, sequencing, security and data-handling posture, and commercial terms.

Trial it on your data
An evaluation agreement: evaluation-only use, your data stays yours and leaves with you, and the tenancy expires on a fixed date.
A scoped, time-boxed evaluation tenancy loaded with your data, producing outputs you can verify and export. The trial proves value on your numbers, not on our demonstration seed.

Deploy it
A licence and an implementation plan with named owners and dates on both sides.
A production tenancy with its own data perimeter, agreed service levels, support, and the integrations built during the trial carried forward.
What holds across every platform
Your data leaves with you
Every platform exports the customer’s data in an open, documented format, at any time, without asking. On the platforms where a verification recipe ships with the export, that export stays checkable after you have stopped being a customer.
We do not claim what is not built
Independent third-party timestamping appears on two platforms because it is implemented on two platforms. Where a capability is designed, dormant or gated pending a licence, the product page says so in those words. A build stage sits on every platform in the register.
A trial runs on your data, not our seed
A demonstration on a seeded dataset proves the software exists. It does not prove it will work for you. The step that does is a scoped evaluation tenancy loaded with your own records, producing outputs you can verify and take away.
One product is a complete purchase
There is no platform in this family whose value depends on buying a second one. Where two are genuinely useful together they connect over the same documented interfaces a third party would use.
Tenancy is a boundary, not a setting
Each platform isolates customer data per tenant with role-scoped access and audit logging over access and changes. Security posture is documented and reviewed with you before an evaluation tenancy is provisioned.
We say who owns what
Creation1618 is the operating brand for the platform family. The intellectual property in these platforms is owned by Stratagem Tools Pty Ltd (Australia).
What we will not put in a demonstration
Real customer records. Where a platform demonstrates on data, it is seeded demonstration data, and the product page says so. If a screen in front of you looks like a live customer, ask — it is not.
Numbers we cannot stand behind. Several of these platforms have no customers yet. Rather than dress a demonstration seed up as traction, we would rather show you the product and let a pilot on your data produce the first real number either of us has seen.
Certifications we do not hold. No platform in this family currently holds an external security certification or an assurance sign-off. When one does, it will appear here with the certificate behind it.
