AssetDNA

Pilot-ready

The verifiable operating record of a building

AssetDNA sits on top of the systems a building already runs and turns its operating history into something an investor or lender can trust and verify — so diligence takes days instead of weeks.

What it is for

A building’s operating history is scattered across a property system, an accounting ledger, utility meters and inboxes. The moment a lender, buyer or valuer asks for it, somebody rebuilds it by hand in a spreadsheet — and the counterparty still cannot tell which figures are evidenced and which are merely asserted. Diligence drags, and the asset gets priced with a discount for doubt.

  • Building owners, operators and asset managers
  • Lenders, valuers and credit risk teams
  • Institutional investors, funds and their advisers
  • Property-software vendors and systems integrators, as a channel

What you get

  1. Diligence in days, not weeks

A scoped, expiring data room is assembled in minutes when a sale, refinance or raise starts — and the counterparty can satisfy themselves the numbers hold up instead of sending another list of questions.

  2. A record that stands up without trusting the operator

Anyone given a link or an exported file can confirm for themselves, in their own browser with no account and no involvement from us, that the history is intact — and where a deployment has independent timestamping configured, that it was dated by a third party rather than by us.

  3. One operating view across every asset

Occupancy, income, spend, incidents, compliance and valuations in a single portfolio picture — whatever mix of systems each individual building runs on.

  4. Reporting that stops being a rebuild

Lender covenant packs, sustainability evidence, forward outlook and portfolio reports all come out of the same maintained record, rather than being reconstructed from scratch each quarter.

  5. No lock-in, by design

The complete record exports as one open, documented file that stays independently checkable after you leave. The format and the verification method are published, not proprietary.

Without asking us

What you can check for yourself

  • Open the public register — every entry is re-checked live on page load, and each links to the rules it passed. It currently shows a demonstration portfolio.

  • Follow an embeddable badge to its proof page and read each verification rule as passed or failed. The badge stops attesting the moment the facts stop holding.

  • Paste an exported record into the in-browser verifier. The check runs locally, with no account and no round-trip to our servers.

  • Read the published export specification and download its machine-readable schema from a public endpoint.

  • Run the self-serve connector conformance validator against your own feed — no login, no agreement.

What a demonstration shows

  • Portfolio dashboard for owners and asset managers
  • Per-asset record pages — income, occupancy, compliance, valuation history
  • Scoped, expiring, revocable investor and lender data rooms
  • Public verification page: paste an exported record and re-check it in the browser
  • Public register of assets holding a live-rechecked record, per-asset proof pages, an embeddable badge
  • Intelligence hub — portfolio momentum, forward outlook and scenario modelling, with an analyst view that cites the records behind each answer
  • Resident portal with a portable tenancy record the occupant can take with them
  • Connector and feed-health screen showing which sources are current, plus a read API

Built on

  • Cloud-hosted, API-first web platform
  • PostgreSQL system of record
  • Encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Role-based access with per-client tenant isolation
  • Independent third-party timestamping (RFC 3161)
  • Open JSON export — your data, exportable at any time
  • Published, versioned public specifications
  • Full audit logging of access and record changes

Categories, not construction. A technical deep-dive is available under a mutual NDA.

Where this actually is

Pilot-ready

Built end to end and exercised against real external checks. Ready for a first pilot on your own data.

Built and running end to end: the application, the public register, the badge, the proof pages, the in-browser verifier and the published specifications are all part of the product, with production hosting, a managed database and continuous integration on every change. Independent third-party timestamping is implemented and has been exercised against a public timestamping service. Demonstrations currently run on a seeded portfolio rather than live client data. There are no paying customers, no published third-party endorsements and no external security certifications.

Australia · Vietnam

Why this travels across the two markets

Vietnamese developers, funds and universities raising or borrowing offshore must satisfy Australian lenders and valuers who today accept operator-asserted numbers only after weeks of manual checking. AssetDNA gives both sides one independently checkable record — and because the inbound and outbound formats are published with a self-serve conformance check, a Vietnamese property-software vendor or systems integrator can build against it and become a distribution channel before any commercial agreement is signed.
