What it is for
Australian reporting entities must now disclose Scope 3 emissions, and the two categories that touch every services organisation — employee commuting and business travel — are still gathered by spreadsheet survey once a year. Sustainability teams end up defending numbers they cannot trace to a source, at exactly the moment assurance standards put Scope 3 data quality in scope and regulators are penalising green claims that cannot be substantiated.

Commuting and business-travel activity leaves the platform as a structured evidence pack with a machine-readable export — the artefact an assurance team works from, instead of a survey spreadsheet and a covering email.
Participation that produces evidence, not vanity metrics
Staff, residents or members take part through a branded app; every action they log becomes a graded record in the reporting entity’s evidence base, so engagement numbers and disclosure numbers come from the same source.
Honest confidence, stated on the artefact
Every record carries a confidence grade reflecting how strongly its source is evidenced, and the pack reports the distribution rather than rounding it up. A pack that says what proportion is high-confidence is more useful to an assurer than one claiming certainty.
Independent re-verification
An evidence pack is designed to be re-checked by whoever holds it. The export format and the verification recipe ship with the product, and the in-browser verifier re-derives the pack locally with no call back to us. The specification is posted publicly when the platform is deployed.
No hostage data
Records export in an open, versioned format with a published schema. If you leave, the evidence walks out with you and remains provable.

Run the cross-period continuity check to confirm this period’s pack is an append-only continuation of the last.

Where this actually is
A working prototype covering the core loop. Parts of the product are designed and not yet built; we say which.
A working prototype, not a shipped product. Running today: the cross-platform app and operator console, the footprint calculator, the four-stage capture–verify–act–reconcile pipeline, the tamper-evident evidence record, the evidence pack and its exports, the in-browser verifier, the cross-period continuity check, and the export specification with its schema. Designed but not live: buyer-ledger persistence, automated capture from banking and travel data sources (which would require the relevant data-sharing accreditation before it ran on real accounts), independent third-party timestamping, and billing. Aggregation screens run on demonstration data with fictional organisations. There are no customers, no pilots, no assurance acceptance and no certifications.
This platform grades the provenance of evidence. It does not rate an organisation’s environmental performance, it does not issue or trade carbon credits, and it does not make a neutrality claim on anyone’s behalf. Credits can only be retired against a measured residual footprint.
Why this travels across the two markets
Vietnamese exporters and manufacturers are being asked for the same Scope 3 evidence Australian reporting entities must now disclose — the obligation cascades from buyer to supplier. Three routes open up: a pilot cohort with an Australian or Vietnamese employer, council or university producing a real commuting and travel evidence pack; a distribution or white-label partnership into the Vietnamese market, where the interface already ships in Vietnamese; or research collaboration with a university on the grading methodology itself.
