BPN
Early buildBrand Partners Network
A cross-brand rewards network for dormant loyalty balances
One wallet that makes the loyalty points people already hold usable again, and one network where brands reach and reactivate those members through live, always-on offers.

What it is for
Most people hold a drawer full of loyalty balances they will never use — stamp cards, orphaned programs, points stranded with a brand they stopped visiting. For the brand, that dormant balance is a liability sitting on the books attached to a customer who has quietly stopped coming in.
- Retail, hospitality and food-and-beverage brands running — or wanting — a loyalty program
- Venue, precinct and shopping-centre operators with many tenants under one roof
- Large-scale loyalty programs looking to make stranded balances useful again
- Marketing, point-of-sale and loyalty platforms wanting an embeddable rewards layer
What you get
Dormant members come back
Short-window, always-live offers give a member a reason to open the app and walk in today rather than someday, so a lapsed customer becomes a visit you can count.
Live without installing anything
A brand with no loyalty program, no hardware and no point-of-sale integration can verify its business, configure its rewards, and start accepting members from a printed code — onboarding is self-serve and designed to be completed in one sitting.
One wallet for the programs you join here
Every balance a member holds across participating brands sits in one place with a plain dollar value beside it, so points stop reading as clutter and start reading as value worth acting on.
Reach members you don’t have yet
Cross-brand offers put a brand in front of engaged members of other brands, and reporting distinguishes a first-time member of that brand from a returning one — a count, not an impression estimate. Member identity is never shared between brands.
Every campaign is accountable
Campaigns, redemptions and settlement positions post to a per-brand statement and an audit trail, so marketing spend can be reconciled instead of argued about.
What you can check for yourself
Walk the member wallet and brand console on the demonstration network and read the per-brand settlement statement behind every campaign.
BPN keeps a tamper-evident record. Independent third-party timestamping is not implemented here, and we do not claim it.
What a demonstration shows
- Member wallet showing every loyalty balance in one place, with a dollar value against each
- Brand campaign console for building, scheduling and running offers, including in-venue offer drops (authoring and metering demonstrated; live in-venue delivery not yet wired in this build)
- Self-serve brand onboarding: verify the business, configure rewards, preview, go live
- Assisted campaign view that proposes a next campaign for a brand to approve or schedule (demonstration)
- Finance and settlement view with per-brand statements, network KPIs and an activity audit trail
- Public directory page for each participating brand, plus a drop-in widget for the brand’s own site
- Operator admin console covering the onboarding pipeline and network-wide reporting
Built on

Where this actually is
A working prototype covering the core loop. Parts of the product are designed and not yet built; we say which.
Clickable end to end today on seeded demonstration data: wallet, campaign console, autopilot, brand onboarding, partner pages, the embeddable widget and settlement views all run. The server-side backend is written but environment-gated and not yet wired; cross-brand value movement is off by default pending legal sign-off; in-venue offers can be authored and metered here, but the live delivery runtime is not wired into this build; and any stored-value, gift-card or cash-out capability is disabled in code pending licensing. No customers, no traction, no certifications.
Why this travels across the two markets
Vietnam’s retail, food-and-beverage and hospitality operators serve dense, high-frequency, QR-first customer bases where loyalty is fragmented or absent — the exact conditions a zero-infrastructure rewards network is built for. That makes it a natural candidate for a joint pilot with a Vietnamese point-of-sale, telco or banking partner able to distribute it to thousands of small venues, while Australian brands gain a route to Vietnamese consumers spending in both markets.
